As all our abayas are made-to-order with custom measurements, crafted to fit you perfectly :

• Double-check your measurements before placing your order, we cannot exchange items if the size shared by the customer is incorrect.
  
• Returns are accepted only with proof of issue (photos help us understand the problem better!)
  
• No refunds or exchanges for color differences.
  
• If the mistake is on our side, we take full responsibility and will make it right.
  
• Hijabs are complimentary, so these cannot be exchanged.
  

If an exchange is accepted by us, the delivery charges will be covered by the recipient, and any exchange for a different color will incur an additional charge.
